Shipping Policy

All PawJoy orders include free tracked shipping within the United States.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product and are shown on each product page:

US Warehouse items (marked "Ships from our US warehouse"): typically delivered in 3-8 business days.
International warehouse items: typically delivered in 7-12 business days.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 2-3 days to appear after dispatch.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional carrier delays can occur during peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@pawjoy.pet and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.
