We want you and your pet to love every PawJoy product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, feeding products (lick mats, bowls) that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@pawjoy.pet with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 24-48 hours. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped.
